2. Services
We provide professional consultancy services for property sourcing, development and management . The scope of services will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
3. Engagement and Payment
- All engagements are subject to a signed agreement or written confirmation.
- Fees are outlined in the proposal or invoice and are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
- We shall be entitled to charge interest at a rate of 2% above the base on all invoices which remain unpaid after the due date.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the consultancy.
- Cooperate with our team and respond to requests promptly.
- Ensure that any third-party permissions or access required are granted.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- We retain ownership of all methodologies, templates, and tools used or developed.
- Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
